**"Alhaji, Rayyern's condition has worsened."**
With alarm, Abba looked at the people he was with and quickly stood up, saying, "Rayyern is unwell." He said this as he left the room, clearly discussing something private.
After ending the call with Hadi, he immediately called Ramadan. As soon as Ramadan picked up, he said, "Ramadan, where are you?"
Ramadan quickly responded, "Abba, I'm in Minjibir. Is everything alright?"
With a sense of urgency and concern, Abba replied, "Hurry home immediately; Rayyern's condition has worsened."
In a state of panic, Ramadan stood up, abandoning whatever he was doing, and exclaimed, "Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un! Is Hamma Rayyern really unwell? Where is he now, Abba?"
Standing there with a mix of sadness and anxiety, Abba said, "He is at home. Hurry up and go." After saying this, he ended the call and continued driving.
Ramadan, in shock, turned to Riyyam-nsra, who asked, "Hamma Ramadan, what happened?" His eyes widened in fear.
Closing his eyes tightly, filled with sorrow over what Abba had told him, Ramadan grabbed Riyyam-nsra's hand and pulled him towards the parking lot, saying with urgency, "Riyyam, we need to go home. Hamma Rayyern's condition has worsened. For over two years, almost three, he has been fine, but now it's back."
"Innalillahi!" Riyyam-nsra kept repeating as they got into the car. Ramadan sped off at 360 degrees, exclaiming, "Oh Lord, oh Allah, please grant my Hamma health. We all believed he was fully recovered since he hadn't had any issues for years."
Meanwhile, back at the house, in a state of anxiety, Mamy grabbed Dr. Sulaiman's hand and, in a frenzy, pulled him to where Jannart and Rayyern were, with Rayyern lying face down.
With a trembling voice, Mamy said, "Sulaiman, check on Rayyern. Is he still alive? Check on him; he isn't moving." Tears streamed down her face as she spoke. It was then that Jannart leaned over, looking closely at him. Indeed, he had stopped moving, his body no longer shaking.
Jannart's eyes widened in shock as she looked at Mamy, who was crying out, "Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un, Sulaiman, check on Rayyern. Don't let him leave us; we still have responsibilities towards him."
Dr. Sulaiman tried to calm Mamy, but she was inconsolable, tears flowing from her eyes. Baba Mauɗo hurried over and knelt beside Jannart, placing his hand on Rayyern's neck as he lay face down. With a trembling voice, the old man started calling his name, "Rayyern! Rayyern!! RAYYANU!!! Muhammad Muhammadu, wake up. Open your eyes, Mauɗona!!!" Tears streamed down his face as he spoke.
Seeing this brought tears to Jannart's eyes as well. The sympathy she felt for the old man and Mamy deeply moved her heart. You could see the intense anxiety and distress in their eyes, along with their profound love for Rayyern.
Rayyern, feeling as though he were in another world filled with intense pain and suffering, could faintly hear their voices. But he couldn't respond, despite hearing Baba Mauɗo calling his name. He couldn't even muster the strength to move his lips due to the severe pain he was in.
Dr. Sulaiman, trying to provide reassurance, managed to seat Mamy in a chair and gently said, "Mamy, Rayyern is breathing. Nothing has happened to him. Please, calm down. Insha Allah, he will recover. I gave him an injection at the hospital, and the pain has already started to subside. Insha Allah, he will be fine."
He finished his words in a calming tone, trying to ease Mamy's worry.
At that moment, Abba entered. He quickly made his way to the center of the room.

He completely forgot that his phone was connected to the car's speaker as they drove from Sabon Gari to Anguwar Jeune Cadre. This made him adjust his seat in the front of the car, where there were three of them, and he dialed the girl's number again. By some divine intervention, no one answered.
With surprise, he checked again. Yes, it was indeed the number. Since he was given the number with the photo of the owner, nothing had changed.
With some ingenuity, he glanced at the person sitting in the back seat, who was staring straight ahead without blinking, his hand resting on his eyebrow as he thought deeply.
After about nine calls, the phone was finally answered, but there was no response except for the faint hum of a fan.
"Asalamu alaikum, am I speaking with Rauda?" he asked, hoping to get a response from the person called Rauda. Based on the story he had been told about her, he knew that if she heard a man's voice, even if it was that of a child, she would listen.
The car was silent.
After taking a deep breath, he asked again, "Is it that you can't hear me on the phone?"
From Rauda's end, there was a loud, irritated sigh before she ended the call. The sigh echoed throughout the car, piercing the mind of the person sitting in the back seat.
He closed his eyes slowly, then opened them to look at the person sitting in the front seat. At the same time, he quickly pulled out his phone, staring at it intently as if trying to decipher something from it.
In a distressed voice, as if not speaking to his friend in the car, he said, "Yusuf, I swear, I didn't know she was so rude..."
He was cut off as the car stopped to open the gate. Yusuf got out of the car without saying a word.
He walked into the main gate of his house, taking calm, confident steps.
Frustrated, the person in the car held his forehead, calling the number of the person who gave him the girl's number.
As soon as Nafisa answered, he started shouting, "Whose daughter did you give me her number? She's rude and doesn't know why people might call her! Why did you give me her number without explaining anything?"
Nafisa, startled from her nap after the exhausting evening from a wedding, opened her eyes wide and said, "I don't understand, what did she say to you when you called?"
Angry, he replied, "When I called her, she sighed and hung up. Do you know who she might encounter?"
Nafisa, annoyed, said, "She's no one's daughter. From what I sensed about her attitude, I told you, didn't I? Didn't you insist that among all the girls, she was the one you wanted? What's so special about her that others don't have? But alright, I'll deal with her. Even though she didn't give me her number, I've never even spoken to her because I despise such girls who are full of themselves!"
Frustrated, he ended the call, got out of the car, and walked quickly. His goal was to apologize because he knew that silence was not a good sign.
When he finally reached his section, he barely managed to open the door and enter. There, he confirmed his suspicion that the person he detested was present. So, he sat down after greeting and took a seat.
Since he entered, Rislan had been silent about the conversation he was having. He then straightened his face, feeling a burning sensation in his chest due to the reckless behavior of his brother, Ishak, wasting his time and disregarding their faith.
Yusuf smiled slightly, looking away from Rislan to Ishak, who adjusted his seat, showing no intention of leaving as they continued discussing family matters.
