Abdul'aziz Sani Madakin Gini: A Prolific Writer
Abdul'aziz Sani Madakin Gini was born in 1969 in the Gwangwazo area of Kano state. He began his education journey at Yalwa Primary School in Kano, later attended Technical Wudil, and furthered his education at Federal Technical Bichi in Bichi local government area.
Presently, he is employed in the Dala local government area. His writing journey began in 1983 with a keen interest in literature, particularly in war stories. His passion for writing led him to believe that he must immerse himself in the world of writing to fulfil the potential Allah has granted him. This conviction prompted him to start writing. His first book, "Idaniyar Ruwa," was published in 1995, followed by "Duniya Rawar Ya Mata" and "Yaudara Ko Butulci."
His books gained popularity, especially among primary school students, and were well-received by listeners on radio, including Malam Muhammad Umar Kaigama. Abdul'aziz Sani Madakin Gini's success as an author has led to the establishment of various bookstores, including Jakara City Bookshop in Kano.
His works cover a wide range of topics, including the entertainment industry, as seen in his involvement with Kannywood through the film "Juyin Mulki." He is also engaged in business activities, evident in the establishment of several bookstores such as Madakin Gini Bookshop and Yahya SO Bookshop.
